We aim to deliver our desserts as soon as possible to maintain freshness — please give us 48 hours to process your order and prepare for delivery!
During checkout, you can select a morning (10am-12pm) or afternoon (1pm-3pm) delivery window for the date that you choose.
On the day of delivery, please ensure that someone is available at the given address to receive your order since our goods are temperature sensitive.
You can also schedule deliveries up to 30 days in advance during checkout.

We know life can be unpredictable! If you need to change your plans, please let us know at least 24 hours before your delivery for a full refund.
Because we’ve already begun sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing your order, cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded at 50%, and those made within 12 hours at 30%. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice.
To cancel, contact us by email with your order number or through our Contact page. If we made your item already, we’ll let you know and discuss next steps. Thank you for your understanding—your support helps keep our ovens warm and our smiles bright!

We deliver within the general East Valley area as well as southern parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix (exceptions made on request for catering or special events).
Our delivery fees are calculated by zip codes in relation to our home bakery.
