Orders are made fresh for each pickup window — Tuesdays and Saturdays. Order by the deadline (Wednesday by 8PM for Saturday pickup/Saturday by 8PM for Tuesday pickup) to secure your spot in the next batch. Late orders will be moved to the following window.

Best enjoyed within 3–5 days of pickup. Store in an airtight container in the freezer, and bring to room temperature 20–30 minutes before serving for the best texture.

Our macarons are made in small batches — never ahead of time, never frozen, never produced in bulk. Every shell is hand-piped, every filling made from scratch, and every piece is finished with ingredients that actually cost something: 24K gold flake, organic Madagascar vanilla bean, homemade caramel, real dried strawberry, Maldon sea salt. Not because it looks good in photos (though it does), but because that's the difference you taste.

We're also a father-daughter kitchen, not a production line. Which means the person who made your order cared about it specifically — and that's something no commercial bakery can replicate at any price.
